Daily & Automatic Disablement Of "Proactive Threat Protection"

This is a daily problem. At startup unless & until I "FIX" this problem, the proactive threat protections reamins disabled.

Have you tried running a repair on the client?

Via the Windows control panel and add/remove programs. Select SEP and run the repair from here
