Daily/Monthly backup conflict

Hi All,
We currently rotate 5 daily drives for backup. We are adding 2 monthly drives into the mix. Is there a way for me to exclude the first monday of the month on the daily backup so that it doesn't conflict with the monthly backups?

In Backup Exec 2012, if there is a conflict between any two full backup jobs, it will always allow the backup job with 'less recurrance' to run for that conflicting instance.
Example:
If Monthly and Daily job conflicts on a Monday.
Backup Exec 2012 will allow Monthly to run (because it occurs only 1ce every month) and skip the Daily.

Bear in mind the conflict has to be exact (same start time for daily, monthly and weekly jobs) for those hidden rules where least frequent repeat takes priority with more frequent repeats reset for their next scheduled time to work.
