So you didn't actually update then, any reason why you didn't run the software update rather than reinstalling from scratch? Just wondering why.
Back to the problem, your problem isn't because you don't have any of the options selected on the 'Reports Data Storage' page, I was just curious if you did have any of these enabled.
What did you mean when you say you reapplied all the rules? Are you saying you recreated compliance policies that you had created yourself?
Maybe you can describe the problem a bit more, in your original post you indicated that reporting did work for a few days and then stopped? Is that the case? Any chance you stopped the conduit which actually downloads rules, or a firewall rule was changed and now the appliance can't download rules this would also affect stats updating.
Can you describe the environment a bit more, how many appliances and what roles are assigned to them and are they hardware or virtual appliances?
