can you login into SEPM ? or is the DB still down?

what is the SEPM version?

ca nyou check the logs at the tim eof the alert why the DB went down?

you should be looking into the scm-server-x.log at the timestamp you received the alert and the sem5.log to know the reason.

I suggest to open a support ticket.
