    This is a policy document. It helped me but currently looking for a comprehensive/detail Data Classification document for any company so I could map it according to my organization.

    You can get such documents from the web. Check the gartner website . They have a whitepaper on Data Classification and best practices which can be followed.

    For your reference use the websites www.boldonjames.com and www.titus.com - two companies providing Data Classification services/tools. There you will find quite good Whitepapers around that matter.
