Data collecting from EV 10

Hi All

Does anyone have OPS centre 7.5.0.4 collecting data from EV 10.

Our Environment

Server1 has EV installed plus the Ops Agent.
Server2 has the database installed

I have gone through the admin guide and configured the data collector as detailed but it's not collecting.

Any Ideas

If the data collection is failing , have a look at the agent logs . You might get some hint there .

Many a times you have to install the Microsoft SQL JDBC drivers to make it working as per the below technote .

If that is the issue , it will list that in agent logs .
