We have a user who has data on an external hard drive that was encrypted with a certificate prior to the one he is currently using. He has also received a new computer, so the old certificates are not on the store in his machine. I have been working with him to download his previous certificates from the DISA Automated Recovery Agent online. So far we have recovered all but one. I was wondering what else needs to be done (besides making sure that the other certificates are showing in the user's certificate store) in order for the older certificates to be seen by the Symantec Endpoint Encryption Removable Storage client.
