    Hello, team.

     

    My company is partner of Symantec. We have task from our customer: he asked us to provide some customizations for Data Insight plug in.

    Customer's requirements looks adequate, so we are concerning: how can we develop something for Data Insight?

    Could you please inform me, how can we get an access to API \ Source code for Data Insight plug in. We have to customize this product and add some features.

    Hi Alex,

    What tasks / reporting / or functionality are you trying to get accomplished? Sidenote, you will not get access to the source code, but there are methods to customize.

    We are looking on customization of incidents management. Data Insight in version 12.5 seems like a target tool that can cover 70-90% of the functionality for the customer. But some issues have to be resolved to make it up and running in customer’s environment. For example - user authorization. What possibilities we have for this customization if we do not have access to source code?
