Unfortunately Symantec doesn't provide a public database schema for these products.

I've never seen Symantec provided documentation for the Workflow/ServiceDesk DB, but they did used to provide documentation for the SMP at least. http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=DOC3724&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&searchid=1413291685477. They stopped providing it before 7.5 came out, but there are a lot of similarities between the 7.1 DB and the 7.5 DB. You're on your own for the ServiceDesk DB, but if you have specfic questions I'm sure many of us around here can help.

It can be tedious, but you can also find new tables introduced/added through the release notes for service packs, hot fixes, and even product specific release note (e.g. CEM if I recall).

I know there were additional tables added to the schema throughout the 7.5 lifespan for CEM troubleshooting. I even ran the difference on the # of tables and views Pre-SP1 and Post-SP1 install - and if I recall the delta (or difference in tables) was only something like 20-30 added.

I have some documentation I tried to keep about the number of tables being added (and removed), I will see if I can find it.
