    Hi CBO_TCS,

this issue causes missed "Installed Date" for Inv_SW_Patch_Windows dataclass, therefore you will see empty data for installed date in resource manager ⇒

    InventorySolution.jpg

This problem related to Inventory Solution product and potential root cause is that client and SMP server have different date format.

    Thanks,

    IP.

We have the same issue and we have not implemented patch management just yet.

How do we resolve these warrings in the Altiris logs?

This data class relates to Inventory Solution and doesn't relate to Patch Management Solution.

If you will use Patch Management Solution, then you will don't have such problems because this problem appears only for Inventory Solution scan on clients and causes missed "Installed Date" of installed patches in  Inv_SW_Patch_Windows dataclass.

I don't have information about how to fix this problem for Inventory Solution.

    Hi Igor,

do you have news about this problem?
After upgrading from 7.1 to 7.5 I've the same Issue.

Does it Make sense to open a case?

The Time-Format is partly the same on client and server

    Thanks

    Hi nessaja,

as far as I see, this problem isn't fixed for 7.5 HF6, also isn't included in future release of 7.5 SP1.

Seems like customer need to request a point fix for this issue. (If you have an etrack access, then you can find there incident 3213840, where this bug is tracked).

    Thanks,

    IP.
