More info please

Hector, please share the following info:
NBU version
DB2 version
O/S of DB2 server

Is this a new installation or an existing one that worked before?

Reason code 514 has the following explanation:
NetBackup Create Image Failed
Cause:
NetBackup encountered errors when attempting to create a backup image.

This could possibly be due to a comms problem between the client and NBU.
See bprd log on master if you can find connection request from the client's IP. See in log if master can resolve the IP to client name that corresponds with name used in policy.

La solucion es que el usuario

La solucion es que el usuario de la base de datos tenga permisos de escritura sobre la carpeta de logs /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/user_ops/dbext/logs
