  • 1.  DBDATA_EVENT_TYPE_x0 within the client-server activity logs

    We are seeing thousands of the following message : DBDATA_EVENT_TYPE_x0 within the client-server activity logs - just wondering what they mean?

    I had opened a Case with symantec also case ID is  Case # 410-982-307 . As per the last update engg team is investigating.

    Has any one seen this error. I am using SEPM RU5

    Yes I have the same error in my SEPM.  I only see it from machines that are GUP's though.  I posted about it back in November per the link below.  I was told it was under investigation.  Can't confirm whether it is fixed in RU6 or not as I have not upgraded my production environment yet.

    Confirmed with Symantec Support it is not fixed in RU6

    This is a generic catch-all entry for undefined events. It still exists in RU6A as well.

    Also checking our logs and our users are producing the DBDATA_EVENT_TYPE_x0 event twice in the same time. Is that usual or should they only return 1?
