    Hi,

first suggestion: if it is a urgent issue you have to call the technical support to get a professional service.

Regarding your issue, please open the interface of the Antivirus and export and post the risks log to understand what is the detected risk. Dbsrv9 is the name of our database service, it could be infected by something whose name is in the requested risks log.

    Regards,

Regarding "i have a window of erreur dbsrv9 than i say that it's a vuris", please post a screen shot, I believe it is a fake message generated by some common malwares.

    Regards,

I think your sep not automatically updating and not communicating to your SEPM server, to resolve this try sylinkdrop to restore the communication problem.

You might run a full scan after upgrading the rapidrelease.
But can you tell us what is the location of this dbsrv9 that is getting detected as virus..
You said windows error says that its a virus?? strange..

Is it a windows error telling you its a virus or is it a spyware misguiding you ?
