HI
I just buy an Dc7900 .I'm trying to restore an image using winpe or linux and it's imposiible to finish.
With WINPE always the same error : DHCP client Retry and with linux i can restore an image with emulation RAID and AHCI but not with IDE.
Help,please

Sounds like its not loading the correct NIC driver in WinPE. Make sure you have the correct driver for that model in your WinPE boot disk.

Hi
I'm using WinPe 2.0 and the drivers are Vista 32 drivers .I just loaded using "have disk" but it doesn't work .Always the same error : DHCP client retry 1,2,3,etc.

Well if you want to use PE, then use the Vista drivers for the NIC card that's in the PC. You can extract them from the vendor or HP installer then 'have disk' and point to INF.
