I have trouble configuring Data Domain DD120 with backup exec 12.5, enable the CIFS service, I can see the share on the backup exe when trying to create the backup to disk with the shared folder permissions asks me, I put the key and gives me permissions error. Even in the operating system trying to map the folder and asks me permissions.

Someone could give me a help

Sounds like you do not have

Sounds like you do not have the correct permissions assigned on the DD box, that match your Windows network.

I would strongly suggest you contact DD for assistance.  This is not a BE or Windows issue, but more so a DD configuration issue.

There is an online portal, save yourself the long hold times. Create ticket online, then call in with ticket # in hand :-) http://mysupport.symantec.com "We backup data to restore, we don't backup data just to back it up."

I had to put through the same

I had to put through the same service account for backup exec and connection to the shared folder on the DD120 for permission not to send error, you place a domain administrator account and enable the CIFS service. Thanks for the help
