Deadlock domino database occasionally

Hi everyone,
I occasionally encounter the deadlock the domino database when backing the database up with Backup exec 10.d with Domino agent. My domino server is ver 7.01 and Backup exec 10.d was installed all hotfixs.
Can I get the solution for this ?
