Hi,

I have the Symantec Endpoint Encryption & want to eanbale the debug mode can have any idea how to do enable.

Hi Tamboli,

This is the way to enable debug logging in the Symantec Endpoint Encryption (SEE) client, follow the steps below:

Edit the following registry key
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Encryption Anywhere\Framework]
"DebugLevel"=dword:00000005
Restart the "EAFRCliManager" service from the Windows Services MMC snapin

Debug log files will now be saved to the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Encryption Clients\TechLogs
