Why do you need to do a debug?

Maybe we can help without needing any sort of debug logs.

The default log level is pretty high once you start digging through all the seperate logs.

This might help - http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?pag...

What Component to Debug-?

Hi Breebree,

What part of the server's functionality are you troubleshooting?  There are a couple of different ways to debug SAV 10.1.  The best way depends on what you're trying to do: otherwise, you may be flooded with unwanted logs!  &: )

As a side note: I strongly recommend that you upgrade to SAV 10.1 MR9.  SAV 10.1 MR6 has several known vulnerablities.

Thanks and best regards,

Mick
