    I HAVE A VIRUS THAT I HAVE COULD NOT REMOVE WITH SYMENTAC
    THEN I WANT AN UPDATE FOR THIS VIRUS

    I can probably help.  Which Symantec product are you using, what file is being detected, and what is the name given to the threat?

    Also, have you opened up a case fo rthe issue with Tech Support?

    Most threats- even those that track Windows into protecting them- can be removed by a full system scan in safe mode or by running SymHelp's Threat Analysis Scan.
