    Hey all..
I just ran a multicast session to image 29 computers using Ghost 11.5. Two computers of the 29 computers had a decompression error about 75% of the way through the image, the other 27 did NOT complain. They just waited for me to acknowledge the error on the two computers.

My question... is it safe to assume that the 27 computers accepted the image fine and I do NOT have to reimage them?
    Please say I am correct.

    Thanks in advance,

This sort of question is impossible to answer, unless you are able to determine the exact cause of the failure on your two machines.

So you will have to determine whether the 27 machines built correctly by testing one of them and checking to see if it boots up OK. Then try one of the failed machines showing a decompression error and see how it boots up.
If the test machine of the 27 boots OK and the test machine of the two failures does not boot, then I would think it fair to assume that all 27 were unaffected by the problem seen on two machines.

I just ran an integrity check on the image files.. the check said it had an error. I am re-creating the images, yet again, but using fast compression instead of high and I turned off file spanning, with hopes the problems are corrected. Am I on the proper path? This will be my third attempt on this one image.

I believe 2269 is the latest version but you have to request a link to it from one of the other threads in this forum.
