    Hello folks,

    my issues:

Decrypt PGP Desktop Whole Disk encrypted HD / 10.2.1 (Build 4869) / as it was shown on the screen

    - I don't know what mp1/2/3 means... i was about to use following iso but not sure which???

https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH199903.html - there are different isos maintenance packs...

Need some help how to recover data from the disk... I have the password and the system is booting but not working. Not showing up windows...

Are there any other ways to recover data? Which Iso is the right one?

    Hi Taremion,

As you mentioned that you are using 10.2.1 (Build 4869) which means 10.2.1 MP2, you can download the PGP Desktop 10.2.1 MP2 for Windows Recovery Image from the article you mentioned above. For your reference, you can go through the following article for the Build Number/Version details -
