decrypted drive but partitions still marked as encrypted

I decrypted the whole drive -- it took several hours -- but the partitions on the drive are still marked as encrypted and I still get the PGP bootup screen requiring that I enter the passphase.

How can I get everything back in sync, fully decrypted?

PGP:   Desktop v10.1.2 running on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit

launched PGP Desktop, selected my primary/bootable drive that has two partitions, c:\ and w:\, then clicked on "Decrypt", entered the passphrase when prompted, then watched and waited for several hours until it completed.  Now, both partitions still show as encrypted.  Oddly, if I select the whole drive the "Decrypt" button is greyed out and inactive but if I select either partition the "Decrypt" button is highlighted and active.  If I then select and try to decrypt a single partition I am prompted for the passphrase but then nothing happens - there is not disk activity.

    I'm baffled.

This Knowledge Base Article will help with assessing that drive status.  This KBA will also help with the stats assessment - it sounds like your drive may still be instrumented.  Do NOT uninstrument a drive unless this is actually the problem.
