Deduplication disk backup getting fail, after upgrade to version

After upgrade Master server and Media server to version, backup jobs are failing wtih EC2074 and EC84 with deduplication disk.

Netbackup deduplication engine is not active, I tried with local system and also administrator account, it is not active.

Anyone help me on this issue, to fix.

Have you seen this TN listed in NBU 7.5 LBN ?

After upgrade to NetBackup 7.5, MSDP storage volume is down
