If you notice that your Outbound scanning has been removed from the Symantec Hosted Mail Security console, this is generally because some email coming from your domain is suspect and for security reasons has been removed.
The most common reasons for this is either incorrect settings on your mail server that may allow you to be used as an open proxy, or your mail not conforming to the guidelines set for content and being deemed as potentially unsolicited bulk email.
If this is to happen,
you NEED to call support. What then happens is that we will gather your information and possibly ask for a plan of action for how you addressed the previous issue that caused you to be suspect in the first place.
Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done through the forums for this specific issue. But please feel free to keep this post visible as this is a fairly common issue.
