can you be specific on version?

Since 12.1 is a old version :-), latest version is 12.1 RU1 MP1.

  Please Update if anything more about the defects in latest version of SEP

the new release is SEP 12.1 RU 1 MP1, so the eralier defects would be covered in the current version.
