Define "Backup Administrator" role?

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I've created the pre and post backup scripts to set my indexes and vault stores to read only so I can do proper backups (based on Sym EV Tech Note on Backing Up EV 8.0 and Later). What I failed to do was to assign the proper EV role to the AD account that runs these scripts. I have yet to find any mention of a "backup admin" role on the forums (but I'm still looking). Has anyone done this before? Is the Storage Administrator role sufficient? I'm sure I could just assign the Power Administrator role, but that's overkill.
Thanks for any info anyone can provide!!

Hi,
Not sure if this is the technote/document that you have seen.
ftp://exftpp.symantec.com/pub/support/products/Exchange_Mailbox_Archiving_Unit/312327.pdf
On page four it says that the Storage Administrators role is what is required.
D'oh!! That is the doc I used and it was right there in front of me. That's what I get for reading too fast.
Thanks!!

I also wrote a little not about the back up role:

You might have to add the ability to manage indexes.

Thanks for the note. I did have the exact Index error. Your note was a huge help.
One last question. I had to add the local Administrators group (for my EV server) to the Storage Administrator role b/c the local SYSTEM account is running my backup agent, hence the cmdlets. Do others in my boat usually change the account that runs their backup agent, or is it acceptable to allow local Administrators to be "Storage Administrators"?
Thanks!
