Definition date on home page stuck - SEP12RU4

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Just recently upgraded to SEP 12 RU4. On the home page the definitions date on the manager shows the 31st Jan definition date - however the definitions 
have successfully been updated and can be viewed in the admin tab >> servers >> show downloads. Any ideas?

Known issue, it's being looked into.

Defs are updated though so no panic.

You can log a call with support if you wish.

Its the same issue which occured in 2010.

Log a call with Symantec support with screen shots.

Symantec support will take care.

Relax plz as the definitons are getting updated. No need to panic.

Hi Everyone,

I have checked now problem are solved,SEPM showing currect virus defination date.
