    Good Afternoon,

My organization is in the process of migrating to Windows 7 and we are doing the migration by deploying a pre-configured image with SEP, version 12, Client installed and configured so that the client will automatically check in with the SEPM once the system is up and a member of the Active Directory Domain.  All is working fine so far, but some of the clients are appearing in the client list with an icon that I am not familar with.

Could someone look at the attached and tell me what this icon mean?  So far for all clients that show up with this icon, I have to log onto their systems, remove SEP Client, restart the machine and then push the client package to the client from the SEPM.  Then the icon will show up with the correct little computer with the dot on it.

    Thanks for the answer.

The icon displays that the Operating System is incompatible.

Or could also mean that the client installation/upgrade of SEP rolled back.

To be more generic, the icon represents an installation or deployment failure.

To find out what the problem is, you should be able to open the client properties and look at the "Deployment message" field on the General pane.

Check the Deployement Log for that Client
