  • 1.  Defintion date showing as Not available in the report but client is updated when logged and checked

    Hi Team,

    we have some systems having issue -- Defintion date showing as Not available in the report but client is updated when logged and checked manually,

    We have 2700 clients out of that 200 systems showing defintion not available. please help.

    Exact version of SEPM and DB type?

    SEPM 12.1.4 MP1a and DB SQL 2008

    Try to delete one or two client and check again.

    Yes we are doing that but it is not working for all, we have 200 systems like that, the above article as well in place has access read and write.

    What Exact SEPM version are you using ?

    Very likely it could be a cosmetic type bug. I would put in a call to support to verify.

    Ok, I have deleted 15 systems one hr back and only two system reflected with dates,

    We have 30 min heartbeat settings. still some systems are not came up

    Have you tried on the latest version? Again, if clients are updated, seems to ebs ome sort of cosmetic issue
