    Hi.

Even If I trim the SEP client (version 11.0.7101.1056). Disable Network scan, only scan when a file is modified, disable Bloodhound, no floppy check, filetype= selected.

When we have the client installed on our Windows 2008R2 file servers, we see a delay for up to 3 - 4 seconds when we take properties on a file, compared to when I disable the SEP client on the file server.

We also have a significant delay browsing shares and opening / saving files.

There are no signs on the fileserver - No cpu spikes or whatever indicating why or what happens when the delay orcurs

To create a support ticket, don´t you have to buy some sort of support agrement?

yes, it requires valid support agreement. If it is POC, then you can ask the symantec partner to reach out the support team.

Its amazing, that when you buy SEP and It fails to work as expected, you have to buy a special support agreement ;-)
