When notification on the server is setup to send an email it will send the email with large delay (varying from few ours to 1-2 days).
But after SEPM service restart all delayed emails are sent straight away. But new ones are delayed again.

Tested with EICAR.
No strange logs on Mail Server.

Any ideas?
