I can't delete these computers, they are mac's and why are they on the windows side. Windows computers delete like usually, please help thanks.

Were they imported from AD?

Just run this SQL command to purge the data.

truncate table AgentPushData

If you still continue to have issues deleting future installed computers form the Consoel Agent Install page, I would get with support.

Turns out there is a table in SQL called "AgentPushData" you can manually delete these records from.  These records should ONLY come in from when added manually, and no other process should populate this table, so you can delete directly from this table with no harm.  They should not "come back".  The only way I can think of for them to come back is if you added an IP Address at some point, and from DNS or something we "resolved" to a MAC.  But that's still manually added, just not "on purpose" if that makes any sense.

Anyway, we have seen this before and you can safely delete directly from that table.

Thanks everyone for your help that cleared all the date, so I think I'm good.

Nope sorry spoke to soon. they came back as soon as I discovered a windows computer and tried to push it out all the mac's showed back up so it didn't fix it.

Do you have Asset Management installed?

If yes, go to > Manage > Assets  > Manage Configuration Items > Computers and Peripherals > Computer

If you have computers there is "empty" name, mark them all and delete them.

If you don't have asset mgmt, you can try to go to > Manage > All Resources and try to see if you have lots of empty named devices there.

Deleting them might resolve your issue here.
