    Symantec Endpoint Application and Device policy block all the file and devie access. Is it be possible to delete any file and folder from Application and Device policy?

    It is not be possible to delete any file from symantec ADC policy. However you can only be block the access of that file.

    SEP will only delete the file if file is detect as a virus. It can't be delete the normal file.

    Yes, if you know the name of the file specifically you can block access to it or remove it.

    ADC does not use virus signatures so it can be configured to block anything.

    You won't be able to delete, only Block or Terminate.

    There is already a built-in rule to do this called "Block Applications from running [AC1]"

    The default behavior is set to Block, just add in the exe names you want blocked.
