Hi,

If an FSA file server doesn't exists, can we safely delete the file server from target?

Do we need to do anything else?

Existing Archives from these file servers will still be available? Correct?

Many Thanks

As you mentioned the FSA server does not exist, from Vac you will not be able to remove the Volumes and folder as the FSA server needs to be Online.

You would mostly need to remove the entries form the EV directory database. I would recomment you to take a backup of you Ev directory database and contact support as there are changes need to be made in the database.

Exisiting archive should still remain in the Vault .

Hi Rahul,

I amanged to simply right click and delete volumes and servers from target.

I just had to stop the task that was running against that server.

Many Thanks
