In SAV reporter, it was possible to select  a bunch of log entries and you could delete them. Is this possible in SEPM?

    Thanks

With SEP, unless you have su access to the database, no.

i believe "mon_raralio" try to say if you have access to db, you need to run the query.

To know the table you may need to refer the database reference schema guide.

    Cheers

Sorry for not being clear. I suggest you to have a gui client to check the database. You also need the password used to create the database.
You can then view the database and add users by using the pattern of the data and inserting data into the table.

is the password for the data base different from the login account?
what gui client might be used for this?
    thanks..

Yes, during installation, the part when creating the database. You were asked to supply the password for the MS SQL. But if you followed the manual and chose Mixed Mode authentication, you can use Windows authentication aside from the SQL server authentication.

That would depend if you are using the database from SEP or you have MS SQL.

better to have a SEPM database separated not to have a cluttered DB in the first place...
@mon_raralio: how about if he only used DB from base? thanks...

Having embedded database doesn't really add up to clutter. Separating the db will add to the overall cost of the product and it is not in the manual that we could use the free MS SQL for this software.

As for the editing of the embedded database, there is no way to edit them. I'm guessing that they use Sybase. But this is just a wild guess.

Marking Mon raralio's comment as solution to this post.
