Hi,

Can any one help us on below query.

Daily task of deleting 30 to 40 SEP clients from SEPM manualy  would take some time. can any one help us on this task.

We have checked entire console & below article also not going to help us.

Can you not set the setting lower?

What version of SEPM are you using ? and is it EE or SBE ?

Kindly provide Symantec Endpoint Protection Manger Version details which you are using in your origination.

Is this to do with replicating citrix image machines that create duplicate entries that have to be manually deleted? If so only way to do it unfortunatly is to manually delete them.

I have put forward an idea of deleteing machines on a per group basis but without enough votes symantec will never look at it. An then replicated machines could be put in thier own group not effecting the rest of the estate.

Thanks for your reponse and below are the details requested.

If we put setting lower then machines which are offline ( Vacations)   for 4 to 5days  that will removed from console.

SEPM verison : 12.1.4104.4130

This is not replicating citrix image machines.

On a daily basics few machines like 30 to 40 will be decommissioned and these need to be removed from console which will take some time to remove manually.

Console is not Sync with AD.

did you try setting the Delete clients that have not connected for X days for a lesser days like 2 or 3 days and what is the results ?

Please let us know if any solution from database end like purge from the database.

You would need to use a SQL query but its never recommended to edit the DB manually.

Best option is the setting you just configured.

when a machine gets deleted from the console it will also gets deleted automatically from DB.
