What would happen if the Symantec Web Server was deleted from the IIS Manager window?  How about stopping the IIS service and deleting the local IUSR abd IWAM accounts and then restarting the IIS and WWW services??

if you delete those , your SEPM wont start.
    so your clients wont communicate
its all like having unmanged clients.
to be simple your managed ennvironent is gone for a toss :)

If you delete Symantec Webserver or IUSR n IWAM account SEPM will crash.
However If you just delete Symantec Webserver then Repair SEPM Symantec WebServer will be recreated.

If you delete accounts or both then you will have to re-install IIS and then repair SEPM.

Thanks Vikram. I just wanted to make sure that if I ever got a little crazy and deleted the WebServer for whatever reason, that repairing SEPM would recreate it and let the clients connect to the server.
