    Hello
I have 2 questions to make and if someone could help me that would be very kind.

When I delete encrypted (pgp) files from encrypted partition(pgp)  with right click-delete are that files able to be
recoverd? and if yes that files will be encrypted after the recovery as they were before the deletion?

And the second question is when I decrypt a file from encrypted partition(pgp) and delete it with right click-delete
can this file recoverd? and if yes this file will be decrypted?

Please note that the usb(hasp) key is missing
With that circumstances if that files be recorered can be used?

    Thank you in advance

If you do this, the file will just be moved to the Recycle Bin.  If you restore the file from the Recycle Bin, it will be just as if the file had never been deleted.

And the second question is when I decrypt a file from encrypted partition(pgp) and delete it with right click-delete

This file can also be recovered from the Recycle Bin.  Since the file is being recovered from a WDE encrypted partition, it will still have the WDE encryption, but it will not  have the PGP Zip encryption that you removed before deleting it.

    I don't understand this question.

I forgot to mention that also the recycle bin has been emptyed.

The whole situtation is that I donated my laptop to a friend of mine but I had deleted critical data simply with right click-delete and empty the recycle bin.

Now I just need to assure myself that these data can not be restored by him (he is a very good user of computers)

Although I did not formated the encrypted partition (my bad) and ofcourse I still have the hasp usb but I need to know if he can restore these files and can work on my data I have recently deleted.

    Thank you

Since the files were deleted from the Recycle Bin, they would have to be recovered by undelete software.  If the files have not yet been overwritten by subsequent saved data being written to any of the sectors occupied by the file, undelete software would be able to recover it just as if it had not been deleted from the Recycle Bin.  This would not be the case, if you had enabled "Shred when emptying the Windows Recycle Bin" on the Disk tab of PGP Options.

Of course, he would not have access to the partition unless you either decrypted it, or provided him with the key and/or passphrase needed to access it.
