Deleted Groups showing up in SEPM reports
Hello,
Currently running SEPM 12.1.671.4971, with the clients as mix of the same version with a few 11.05/7 clients. I've created a few groups in the past that have since been deleted. Some of these were actually created via AD OU import, which also brought in some sub-OU's at that time.
These were deleted over a month ago.
When I run some reports - such as a Computer Count by Group report, the groups that were deleted still show up. Even though the report was configured to pull data from just the past 24 hours.
My current SEPM group structure is depicted in the attachment titled "current sepm grps.jpg". A screen shot of the "ghost" groups is depicted in "sepm grps by policy snip.jpg" - also attached. The "ghost" groups are My Company\Silver Spring\Testing - Users, and sub-groups.
Has anyone seen this? Does anyone have an idea how to clean this up?
Any assistance would be most appreciated.

I still have this issue in prod. However, I'm on 12.1 RU1. My plan is to go to 12.1.2 shortly to resolve
Per the release notes, this was fixed in 12.1 RU1 MP1
SEP Knowledge Base
Endpoint SWAT
upograde to SEPM 12.1 RU1 MP1

Deleted groups are displayed in the group selection for SEPM reports
Fix ID: 2585785
Symptom: Report filters in SEPM show groups that have been deleted.
Solution: SEPM was modified to restrict the group drop-down list to display existing groups only
Cheers!

Definitely a bug, any chance you can upgrade?
Yes I can just not right now. I can discount it now that I know it'll be fixed when I upgrade - which I'll do when some other efforts are completed.
thanks.
Thanks,
