TouchDown

I am having a problem. Often when I delete items in my touchdown inbox on one of devices, those deletes will not consistently synch with my desktop outlook or across other devices. For example if I delete an email while on my tablet, that email will not always delete from my smartphone inbox. Or sometimes I delete on my desktop, but my smartphone will still show the delete. The "delete items on server" box is checked in touchdown settings... Thanks

I do not see a "delete items on server" box.

However, under Advanced Settings > Launch Legacy Settings > Advanced tab > I see a "Don't delete emails on server" box. If that box is checked, it will NOT delete from the server. You want that box UNchecked if you want deletd items to sync.

on android, operations such as delete may be buffered and sent only on the next required sync, typically a forced update/refresh should send these to the server. 

Also, there is a flag in settings called "Defer server updates" which you can turn off to make sure touchdown immediately sends these to the server
