Deleting incident templates

We have 80 Plus Model Records that we use on a regular Basis: I'm digging deep into the SD7 app and cannot for the life of me find a way to Delete or at least ReName the Templates for Incidents: If I update them they seem to just create dupe. I dont want to dig into the Database as someone has suggested. It is after all Help Desk and Model Tickets are a basic function of any Help Desk Software : Any Ideas?

Hello Patrick,

I have just gone through this with a client using 7.1 SP1 and you can delete the incident templates from within the update dialogue. Select a template and then click update and on the next screen one of the options at the bottom is delete. 

I am not 100% certain if this looks the same on other editions of ServiceDesk and unfortunately my lab environment is 7.1 SP1 so I cannot check a previous edition quickly.
