Wondering if anyone can help me with this one

We have 2 scenarios that have come up on our ev9 install that is given me issues.

Currently there is a 7 year rentention against all mailboxes in the environment.

But we have a request to delete 2 mailboxes and 1 user to delete all folder pertaining to a project.

But I cannot do this gives permission errors from virtual vault.  Also I tried creating a new delete policy and pointing the accounts to that so I could delete them

But they never disappear.

Check retention category properties if there is prevent deletion set in this category. Also did you allow users to delete archived items from Site Properties? If you change any of these, sync the user and try deleting the items. I hope the desktop policy does allow users to delete the items from VV. If you are deleting folders from VV then make sure same folder does not exist in exchange else it will fail. IN order to delete complete archive, you can do that from vault admin console itself by going to Archives section.

I hope this helps..
