  • 1.  Deleting multiple groups from my SEPM

I was curious if there is an easy way to mass delete.  We use AD authenticated mode and one of the domains is no longer a part of my environment and I want to remove it.  However, you have to drill down into each folder and delete from the lowest level up and it takes forever.  I was hoping there was a way to mass delete, either by selecting multiple folders at once or by deleting from the root domain level.

The current method is mind numbing.

    Hi,

    It's by design.

I believe there is no other way.

Have you tried to re-sync the AD structure?

This should remove the folders that no longer exist.

I wish there was another way...re-sync is not an option, greyed out.

You removed a Primary domain or a branch that was part of a Forest?

If the case is that you cannot re-sync with a higher level ADC than you are pretty much stuck having to do the work manually.

You have to add (or change) an AD or LDAP source in Admin > Servers > Edit Server Properties > Directory Servers

    Hi,

I think you deleted the domain id

It was my understanding that re-sync will not remove any entries.
