I deleted a piece of software from the software catalog which was sourced from the software library. After deleting it in the console, I noticed the actual package files were still in the shared library folder. What is the best practice to remove them? Should I do it manually or does a scheduled NS task take care of it?
Thanks for any pointers.

I haven't seen it spelled out anywhere, but my guess is this: If the library is on the NS, it should be deleted. If it's on a shared drive, you would have to manually delete it. As I said, it's just a guess.
