Delivery temporarily suspended: connect to 10.100.1.1
I have a new Symantec Mail Security 8360 appliance with software version 7.6.1
This is the gateway for our Incoming and Outgoing Emails.
What I found was, in Delivery queue "Delivery temporarily suspended: connect to 10.100.x.x" , so it doesnt deliver messages to my Local Exchange Server.
If I stop and start the MTA service , it delivers, but again after sometime, the same issue , queue will start to build up..
Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?
