  • 1.  Dell Client Manager 3 - Installation Problem

    I have download DMC3 and try to install it and nothing happens. I unzip the files and when you think setup is about to start it just shows a screen with all the MSI commands listed in it and thats it. If i try to run symantec_sim_7_0.exe it gives the same thing..."Windows Installer V. 3.01.4000.3959" and then gives a list of option commands to run. It never shows the install screen. Any Thoughts?

    Were you able to install the Symantec Installation Manager?

    (And if actually read your post, I would have seen that you haven't. Sorry).

    What type of system are you running this on?

    I am trying to install it on a VM running a clean install of Windows Server 2003. Am attaching a screen shot of what i am getting.

    Well i am trying to attach a screenshot but its not taking it at the moment.
