  • 1.  Dell Client Manager Installation failled

    Hi,

    I tried to install DCM 3.0 on W2k3 SP2 on a VMWare Container.
    I installed :
    - .net 3.5
    - ASP.net
    - II6
    - SqlExpress 2005 with SP3

    In the Symantec Installation Manager, after the "Database Configuration" and "Computers to Manage", begin the components installation... At the installation of 3 to 72 components, I have following error :
    Failed to configure NS
    Failed to run managed install.

    Has somebody a idea?

    Did the the Symantec Installation Manager install correctly?

    No, after the error, I click ok, the "Symantec Installation Manager" do something and the installation is broken.

    Does SQLExpress or IIS need some special configurations?
    Where can I find the logs?
