Dell Client Manager Standard - Real Time Console

Hello, I posted this message on a few forums, but I still dont have answer: Lately I installed DCM. The system works correctly. It detects computers in the network. Installs the agent Altiris and the agent DCM. Correctly recognizes the type of devices, ServiceTAGs and others. Most important is for me the access to the computer by the Real-Time Console. I added in Manage Credentials Profiles the additional profile. In the configuration of WMI service I introduced the user: administrator; password: such what has the local administrator in the computer. Then I start Real-Time Console, I choose the lately added profile and I receive: Can't establish connection. Provided credentials are not valid. Where is the problem? Why I cannot connect? Regards

I have this same problem. The interesting thing was that I had it working okay for about 6 months before this started. I have been looking for a solution but have not found one yet. Subscribing to this thread in hopes that someone knows the answer.

I had the same problem. RTM

I had the same problem. RTM suddenly stopped working after months and it show credentials invalid.
I found plenty of messages in the Windows-eventlog regarding crypt32. The system was trying to get some sequencenumber from windowsupdate.com.
Because the server wasnt allowed to connect to the internet, it could not get the sequence-number. So i allowed it to get it, and reinstalled NS7 credentialmanager-package.
After that, it worked again.
