  • 1.  Dell E6420 - BSOD on boot

    I'm having the issue described here:

    I'm running PGP 10.2 which apparently fixes the issue but not for me! My E6420 has intel integrated graphics and is running Win7 32 SP1. Any ideas?

    This sounds like a problem with your model that was fixed with PGP 10.2 MP3.  Do you have 10.2 MP3 installed?

    note sure...in the "about pgp" screen it says 10.2.0 [Build 1672]. if i don't have it, where do i get it?

    You just have the originally released 10.2.  MP3 is build number 2317.  This PDF describes the process for obtaining free upgrades/updates that you are entitled to.
