  • 1.  Dell E6520 Drivers for GHOST

    Hi Guys,

     

    I am trying to GHOST my E6520 but I cant seem to get it to connect to my ghost cast server.

     

    I used the same ghost boot disk I used for my E6510, and D820, but it does not seem to work with my E6520.

     

    What am I missing?

    Chances are that the E6520 requires different NIC drivers to the other models. Since you have not stated which GSS version you are using, or stated whether you are booting DOS or WinPE, it's difficult to advise you further.

    HI,


    Sorry about that. USing WinPE.

     

    Ghost Server version is 11.51.2266

    Seems to get to 5% and throws and error 19945

    Had you posted that you were getting error 19945 in your original posting, then I could have suggested that you enter 19945 into the search field at the top of the page, and have a look through the many past threads discussing this particular error.  Have a look through them and see if anything helps. However, having the latest NIC drivers for the specific model you are trying to image still remains the first step to undertake.

    E6510 and E6520 use different NIC .Get the drivers for E6520 from the below link and add it to WINPE .
